Summary:
Cases 4, 9, 14, and 17 have chosen, and Case 18 has been sealed within the pouch. Its escape will be made impossible because of Givanium Entrapment.
Regular visits to the lower levels will ensure Cases 4, 9, 14, and 17 never attempt to betray our (somewhat forced) deal with them.
This is the third encounter with this particular group of Cases in which Case 29 is not seen accompanying the group. All evidence points to the possibility that it has either left this clan of rebels or has met its end somewhere down there. After all, the environment in the lower levels is incredibly dangerous and hostile.
Cases 4, 9, 14, and 17 have all refused to inform staff about Case 29’s whereabouts, claiming none of them know.
Should management request it, we can conduct specialized search parties to find the location of Case 29.
