Please see attached for a summary of observations recorded on the creations produced by Case 4 outside of training as requested by management, which we have taken the liberty to label “Cases 4B”.Cases 4B can vary in shape and behavior, but the majority look and act very similarly to each other (almost as if Case 4 was trying to perfect his craft). The attached document applies to said majority of Cases 4B, and not the exceptions.
Before reading the attached document, please note that our experts do not suspect Case 4 has any malicious intent with Cases 4B.
This is affirmed by Case 4’s own response when asked about their purpose, which was that it was simply practicing to get better. We once again ask management to not discourage Case 4 from partaking in these activities.
