This report is being written to address management’s concerns regarding the phenomenon of Case 11’s constant disappearance and reappearance within its holding cell.
We are aware of this, and our team is working tirelessly to understand these occurrences. Unfortunately, Case 11 has yet to give an explanation itself, always acting oblivious to any strange actions we describe.
Suspiciously, every time this phenomenon occurs, the surveillance cameras of Case 11’s cell shut down temporarily, and turn back on upon Case 11’s reappearance. This is not suspected to be a manual action performed by facility personnel, meaning we do not suspect facility personnel to be secretly aiding Case 11 with this. A possibility is Case 11’s exceptional speed, but nothing is certain.
We remain unable to capture the exact moment of disappearance of Case 11 when the phenomenon occurs, but we will continue to attempt to find an explanation for this.
